Dr. Ian J. Langer
Dr. Ian Langer is a native of Westfield, New Jersey where he attended the Franklin School and Roosevelt Middle School. He graduated from the Pingry School and attended Muhlenberg College where he majored in Natural Science. Following college Dr. Ian Langer attended Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dental Medicine and graduated in 1983. He then began his specialty training in Endodontics at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated in 1985. Following graduation, Dr. Ian Langer began his practice in Linden and then in 1996 opened the Westfield Endodontic office. Dr. Ian Langer has been actively involved in study groups, serving as President of the Garden State Dental Study Club (GSDSC). He is also a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), New Jersey Dental Association (NJDA), Union County Dental Society (UCDS), American Association of Endodontists (AAE), New Jersey Association of Endodontists (NJAE), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and New Jersey Academy of General Dentistry (NJAGD). He has also served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in Endodontics both at Fairleigh Dickinson School of Dental Medicine and at the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine. He has been on the Robert Wood Johnson Hospital at Rahway medical/dental staff for twenty five years. Dr. Ian Langer is married and has two sons.
